About us
For over 90 years, the privately owned Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH has been actively engaged in the field of surface preparation and surface finishing. As global market leader, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of equipment, consumables and services around the mass finishing and shot blasting technologies for a wide spectrum of different industries. Our range of about 15,000 consumables, developed in our Customer Experience Centers and laboratories located all over the world, specifically serves our customers for resolving their individual finishing needs. Under the brand name AM Solutions, we offer numerous equipment solutions and services in the area of additive manufacturing/3D printing. Last-but-not-least, as our central training center the Rösler Academy offers practical, hands-on seminars to the subjects mass finishing, shot blasting and additive manufacturing. The Rösler group has a global network of 15 locations and approx. 150 sales agents.

Innovative blasting solutions with maximum efficiency for your perfect surfaces
The range of machines from Rösler includes systems for precise compressed air blasting, wet blasting, as well as turbine blasting with highly efficient turbines, also known as blast wheels. Turbine shot blasting machines, or wheel blasters, are particularly well known for their low energy consumption, large blast coverage area, the so-called “hot spot” and achieving uniform surfaces.

Wire mesh belt blast machine
The RDGE wire mesh belt blast machine is a true multi-talent in homogenizing surfaces, and can be used for de-sanding, deburring, roughening, cleaning, and descaling, among other things.
Thanks to its specific design, this wheel blasting machine is particularly suitable for processing long, flat, or voluminous parts. However, even small work pieces that are not suitable for roller tables (e.g., castings, flame-cut parts, or car body parts) can be blasted economically and reliably using a wire mesh belt blast machine.
Swing Chamber Blast Machine RWK
The automatic swing chamber machines can be easily integrated into all kinds of manufacturing lines. At the heart of the RWK machines is a dual chamber system that allows the simultaneous loading/unloading of one set of work pieces, while another set is shot blasted. This, along with a powerful drive system and reliable dust collection, guarantees short cycle times.
Engine Block Blast Machine RMBS
The Rösler RMBS engine block blasting machine is a turbine blasting machine characterised by a special gripping arm, known as the manipulator clamp. The manipulator clamp and its associated gripping jaws are used to grasp engine components weighing up to several tonnes and place them into the machine.
Once inside, the workpieces are rotated and oscillated during the blasting process so that, during desanding for example, the core sand can be removed without leaving any residue, even from complex internal geometries, and so that no blasting media accumulates there. Instead of a single large part, several small parts can also be processed in the RMBS.
RZAM two-axis manipulator
Manipulator blasting systems are characterised by their wide range of applications and are now an indispensable part of modern, automated production and manufacturing lines.
Typical applications include cleaning, descaling, desanding, deburring and the creation of consistent surfaces on complex geometries made from all metals, such as those found in the foundry and forging industries. At the heart of the RZAM is a clamping collet developed by Rösler, which enables complex component geometries to be held and processed in the shortest possible cycle times. Component handling in a 360° horizontal and 360° vertical range ensures optimum blast coverage of the workpieces.
