About us
At promeos®, we develop Heatelligence®, a holistic engineering approach for foundry thermal processes. Based in Nuremberg, Germany, we bring more than 20 years of thermal engineering expertise and experience from nearly 800 projects worldwide.
With Heatelligence®, we treat heat as a critical process variable. We combine heat transfer, process engineering, thermal uniformity, automation and energy optimisation to create stable, efficient and controllable thermal processes.
We develop, manufacture, maintain and modernize gas, electric, hydrogen-ready and hybrid heating solutions for specific process needs and thermal challenges. Our solutions cover melting, holding, dosing, ladle and mould heating, heat treatment and other high-temperature processes. The result: stable processes, consistent quality, lower energy demand, reduced emissions and greater efficiency.

Products & Services
In order to offer customers the best solution for their needs, promeos® has developed a wide range of products. From simple burner heads or electric heating elements to customized, integrated heating systems and complete industrial furnaces.
Ladle Heating Systems
Gas and electric heating and drying systems for transport, casting, treatment, pouring and stopper ladles, crucibles and casting vessels. Uniform, controlled heat transfer reduces hot spots, refractory cracking, energy losses and emissions while improving process safety and ladle lifetime.
Crucible Melting Furnace
Gas, electric or hybrid crucible melting furnace for melting and holding non-ferrous metals. Flexible heating concepts combine controlled heat transfer, uniform melt temperature and efficient energy use for stable, reliable foundry production.
Dosing Furnace with Electrically Heated Launder
promeos® dosing furnaces combine precise molten-metal dosing with an electrically heated launder for stable transfer to the die casting machine. Immersive heating, Low-Ox operation and controlled melt circulation support uniform metal temperature, reduced dross and corundum formation, and reliable dosing. The heated launder maintains melt temperature during transfer and reduces thermal losses and energy waste.
